Most importantly we have the necessary storage and transportation containers and processes to ensure that clean bedsheets and blankets and pillows are installed on clean mattresses and the rugs are clean and tents are spotless for our guests. 

FAQ: Glamping Village Installation

How long does a typical glamping village installation take? Our installation timeline varies on event. Smaller installations under 10 tents can be completed in four hours start to finish, while larger or more complex setups may require an additional day. The more mapping and details covered in advance help eliminate day of questions, snafus and last minute changes keeping the installation and removal on time and according to schedule for the venue and guests. 

What site conditions are required for glamping installation? Each bedroom tent requires a 20’x20’ flat space of earth to be staked into the ground, this cannot be constructed on hard gravel roads or concrete. Each buildsite requires space for a truck and trailer vehicle access for delivery, and basic safety clearances. We can hike in equipment by hand if desired, but need to charge for extra handling time.  Our site assessment process, which can be done digitally, or in person for a fee if requested by a client,  determines feasibility and any special requirements for your specific location.

How far in advance should we book installation services? For optimal availability during peak season (May through October), we recommend booking 6-12 + months in advance. Off-season bookings can often accommodate shorter lead times.
