Anywhere Outpost venue requirements:

Space: 20 x 20 sq. ft. flat space per tent
Access: Truck & trailer access to build site
2 build sites, maximum
Allows 6+ hour window for both install & strike

STEP THREE:

estimate tent rental needs

Determine the number of tents and beds so we can reserve them for your requested dates

STEP FOUR:

sign service agreement

Read agreement carefully and confirm initial invoice, itinerary, & payment terms

STEP FIVE:

pay first deposit

Payment One: 25% non-refundable deposit secures dates
Payment Two: 25% non-refundable deposit due 3 months prior
Payment Three: 50% non-refundable deposit due 1-month prior

* Adjust reservation fluidity until one month prior


STEP SIX:

refine your reservation

Check in with us and update reservation before 2nd and 3rd deposit payments.


STEP SEVEN:

camp build & strike

We work with an assigned point-person and ensure an efficient and well executed camp build.
