Sleeping Tents 16x16 canvas bedroom tents furnished with Casper mattresses, Brooklinen linens, alpaca throws, handwoven Indian rugs, solar lighting, camp chairs, and all-weather doormats. Configurations from single twin or queen to quadruple twin we match the setup to your team's needs.

Lounge & Meeting Space Our AO Starshade tent or Tiger Lily lounge serves as your gathering hub gently lit with playful bistro lights, plush seating, and a sound system. Use it for morning standups, evening happy hours, yoga or small team breakout sessions. We can configure for presentations, workshops, or casual hangouts and work with vendors for sound, light, projection and furniture.

Hospitality Services We can advise your catering team on how to service a glamping hotel. Morning coffee delivered to tents. Fresh water stations. We offer Concierge service throughout your event or just at check-in. We coordinate with your caterer, your facilitator, and your venue to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

3. Planning & Coordination We work directly with your venue, your caterer, and your event team. Site mapping, build schedule, and logistics are handled by us.

4. Skilled Crew We have a consistent core crew of 8 people who are trained, trustworthy and ensure the job gets done well every time. They have been with AO for years. The crew arrives, builds the camp, and if scoped, stays onsite through your event to manage hospitality, distribute clean linens and ensure your guests are comfortable for the duration.

5. Teardown We break it all down and leave the site exactly as we found it.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Ranches, vineyards, private land, campgrounds, fairgrounds, and many event venues. The key requirements are flat ground, truck access for our build crew, and permission for overnight camping. We can help you evaluate whether your chosen venue works, or help you find one through our venue search service.

  • Pricing depends on your group size, event duration, location, and level of service. Contact us for a personalized estimate, we typically respond same day.

  • Each tent needs 20x20 sq. ft with flat dirt or grass. We need to be able to drill into the dirt to stabilize the tent.

  • Yes. We service events across the Western United States.

  • Our tents are waterproof and designed for most weather conditions.

  • To make reservations on our equipment & installation services, we collect a 25% non-refundable deposit of your estimated needs to lock in the inventory, trucks, and crews for your dates. Then we collect a second installment of 25% three months prior and the final 50% one month prior. To get started, fill out an inquiry form of your glamping needs and we will create a custom quote for you!

  • We currently have 100 tents, 75 queen beds, and 50 twin beds. We can procure more for your event but would need a commitment of 50% non refundable deposit on those tents 6 months in advance and the remaining 50% three months in advance.
