We turn meadows, ranches, mountaintops and private land into working event sites for 12 to 600+ guests. Power, lighting, water, restrooms, showers, shelter and on-site management, designed, delivered and managed by one production team. Tents optional.
Northern Nights Music Festival · Santa Cruz Bicycles · Chandler Systems · Copper Country Music Festival [CONFIRM LOGO PERMISSIONS]
Any land. A working event site. One team, one contract.
Trusted by Organizers in every industry
The land is the easy part.
You found the ranch. Or the meadow, or the property with cabins and nothing else. Now someone has to answer the questions a venue normally answers for you:
Where does the power come from, and how much do we need?
How many restrooms and showers do 200 people need for three nights, and who services them?
Which caterer can actually run a kitchen in a field?
How do guests find their way back to their tent at midnight?
Who is on site at 2 a.m. when something needs to get done?
Most planners end up with eight vendors, eight contracts and no one responsible for how the pieces fit. We take that whole job. You get one plan, one point of contact and one contract. Your guests get a site that works.
You plan the program. We engineer the escape.
Everything a venue would give you, built from scratch.
-
Power
Generator, hybrid and battery storage systems sized to your actual load, with distribution and cable management laid out for guest safety. Quiet battery power where it matters most: sleeping areas, meeting spaces, late-night zones. Every power plan includes a written backup plan.
-
Site and Pathway Lighting
Light towers for work areas, pathway lighting for guest routes, ambient lighting for gathering spaces.
-
Water
Potable water delivery, storage and filtered water stations, sized to headcount and event length.
-
Restrooms and Showers
Restroom and shower trailers, including climate-controlled VIP units, with a servicing schedule built for multi-day events.
-
Trash and Recycling
Sorted waste stations, scheduled hauling and a leave-it-as-we-found-it strike.
-
Shelter and Lounge Structures
Gathering tents, shade structures, lounge and furnished common areas for meals, meetings and evenings.
-
Climate Control
Heating and cooling for shared structures, specified for the season and the site.
-
Site Mapping and Build Schedules
A scaled site map, guest flow, vehicle and delivery routes, and an hour-by-hour build and strike schedule shared with every vendor.
-
Delivery Coordination
Truck access, staging, sequencing and on-site receiving, so every vendor arrives in the right order.
-
On-Site Management, Load-In to Strike
A production lead on site for the full event. Vendors, crew, deliveries and problems all go to one person, not to your team.
Need beds? We bring a village.
Most production companies stop at infrastructure. We also own about 100 furnished bedroom tents: canvas tents with real mattresses, quality linens, rugs, lighting and outdoor seating, in configurations from one queen to multiple twins.
Add lodging when your site has no beds, too few beds, or when you want everyone staying together. Skip it when guests are in nearby cabins or hotels. The production plan works either way.
Bedroom tents in single, double and group layouts
Lounge and communal tents
Optional morning coffee, housekeeping and check-in support
Larger tent counts with advance notice
We don’t put heaters inside sleeping tents because we can’t run them safely in canvas. We plan warmth with bedding, layered linens and heated shared spaces instead.
The specialists, already vetted for remote site production.
We don’t run your program. We do know who can deliver it off-grid. These services are coordinated through vetted partners who work in remote settings, scheduled into our build plan and managed on site by our team.
Catering and Beverages: caterers experienced with food and beverage in remote settings over multi-day events
AV Production: dealer displays, breakout spaces, sponsor spaces, staging, sound, presentation setups and live music production
Connectivity: basic guest and staff wi-fi
Outdoor Activities: cycling, ATV outings, kayaks and guided experiences
Photographer
Guest Transportation: shuttles between airport, lodging and site
Pick a starting point. We build from there.

-

1. Discovery Call
30 minutes. Headcount, dates, deliverables, space procurement (if applicable).
-

2. Site Assessment
We walk the property or review it remotely first. Access, ground, slope, water, power, sun and neighbors.
-

3. Plan
You get a site map, power plan, build schedule, vendor slate and an itemized proposal.
-

4. Build
Our crew and partners load in on a fixed schedule. Your production lead stays on site and handles coordination and troubleshooting.
-

5. Strike
We take everything down, haul everything out and leave the space as we found it.
Off-grid events reward early planning.
13 to 50 guests: start 4 to 6 months out
50 to 250 guests: start 6 to 9 months out
250 to 600+ guests: start 8 to 12+ months out (permits, multi-vendor scheduling, site engineering)
Planning a spring or summer event? This is the window. Peak-season trailers, power and crews book up between now and December.
We’ve built it before, on land with nothing on it.
